Zoom is one of the videoconferencing tools at St. Edward's that allows for web-conferencing, online meetings and group messages.
Zoom promotes collaboration with an integrated set of features. As of now, it's reserved primarily for academic use.
Faculty and Staff
The university has a limited number of Pro licenses reserved, right now, for OIT staff and faculty teaching in the Master's of Science in Digital Marketing Analytics (MSDgMA) program. For the immediate future, additional Pro licenses will be assigned to faculty and staff on a case-by-case basis.
To request a Pro license, faculty and staff can submit a case to OIT support.
Students
Students can create a free Zoom account using their St. Edward's credentials.
