The following information must be updated in order for your SEVIS record to accurately reflect your status. Failure to update USCIS with your employment information either on this form or in the SEVP portal will lead to the termination of your SEVIS records by the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP). Remember to also provide an updated Form I-983 when necessary.
