This task provides agent access to the Service Cloud case management and knowledge base. Agents in OIT, as well as other areas that use Service Cloud, can log in here with their St. Edward's credentials to check cases or create support articles.
Advisors who need to manage advising cases should refer to the Salesforce Advisor Link (SAL) task center. Staff who need access to the Salesforce org for the university's online programs should use the Elsmere Program Partnership task.
