Use this online form to report updates on employment information while on OPT. OPT employment information must be updated so that your SEVIS record (I-20) accurately reflect your employment status. Failure to update ISS with this information can lead to automatic termination of your I-20. Students can also report employment while on OPT directly to SEVIS through the portal. Either the SEVIS portal or the ISS online OPT Reporting Form are acceptable ways to report your employment.
