The FSA Benny Card (health care debit card) allows participants to pay for eligible expenses at participating providers at the time of service or purchase, eliminating any out-of-pocket cost and need to submit a reimbursement claim form. There is an annual $6.00 fee for the card, deducted from your first available paycheck.
