The ECG Application is used to establish a new SEU ECG. 

Employee Community Groups (ECGs) are voluntary community groups led by community employees. 

ECGs are communities within the university where employees with shared identities or common backgrounds or experiences bring their collective voices together to support and sustain our mission.

These community groups connect staff members around areas such as gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, faith, and professional interests. ECGs are communities that provide opportunities for personal and professional development in the work environment through mentoring, volunteerism, networking, leadership development, and community involvement. All groups are open to anyone who wants to participate.
