Submit this form to advertise with posters on the digital display across campus. Currently, the digital display is by Jo’s in Ragsdale and in the residential village. As a reminder, physical signage (like whirlwinds, A-frames, or blackboards) are no longer allowed in these areas of campus per the Campuscape committee.

Submission Process

Digital posters will be displayed beginning Mondays at 7 a.m. Digital poster submissions are due the preceding Friday by 1 p.m. Please submit your posters no more than two weeks prior to when you want them displayed. Digital posters will be removed from rotation on the Friday after the final event that the poster is advertising.

The following digital poster sizes will be accepted: 24" x 36" (vertical, same size as A-frame poster), 16" x 9" or 16:9 aspect ratio or 1920x1080 pixels (horizontal, full frame). Only JPGs are accepted. Please upload a high-resolution, 300 dpi JPG for best quality on the display. All fields are required.
