Audit a Course

To audit a course, the auditor must file the signed Audit Form with the Office of the Registrar no later than the official headcount day for the course. The audit must be approved by the School Dean and payment must be made to Student Financial Services prior to submission to the Office of the Registrar. Auditors not enrolled for credit are not considered St. Edward's University students. Auxiliary services are not available to non-students auditing courses. These services include access to library, computer labs and Canvas, as well as student identification cards.

Please see the student bulletin for more information about auditing courses. Non-Refundable Audit Fee $130 per course. In addition to the audit fee, non-students must purchase a commuter parking pass.

There is a 12-hour, per-person limit on audits.
