Student Advisor Link (SAL) Support Center

Student Advisor Link (SAL) will allow campus professionals to work efficiently and effectively to support students by helping faculty to:

• Identify at-risk students early in the term to positively impact student success.

• Intervene effectively with at-risk students by minimizing the time required to diagnose problems and target relevant issues to maximize the effectiveness of time spent helping students.

• Continuously evaluate the at-risk status of the students through the year by combining all of the information (class performance, attendance, academic behaviors, university profile information, current GPA, etc.).

• Coordinate efforts among the faculty and staff who have a direct relationship with students (via the notes, referrals, and contacts).
