There are several ways for students and alumni to view and request academic transcripts. We've also provided resources for receiving, reprinting and making changes to your diploma.

• Request Transcript (Banner): Request a physical copy of your transcript.
• Request Transcript (National Student Clearinghouse): Order a physical copy and/or PDF transcript via an electronic request form.
• Request My Transcript (PDF Form): Request a physical copy of your transcript. The form must be physically signed by the student. The request form includes information for expedited delivery services.

Students with transcript holds will not be able to order transcripts, diplomas, or view their unofficial transcript until the holds are resolved with Student Financial Services.
